Terms of Service

1. General Terms- By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- These terms are subject to updates. The latest version will always be provided before a commission begins.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon for commercial purposes.2. Payment- Payment must be made upfront before any work begins.
- Payment plans may be discussed for larger commissions, but at least 50% must be paid before the sketch phase begins.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided during the commission inquiry process.3. Refund Policy- If the sketch is not approved by the customer,up to 75% of the paid amount can be refunded.
- Once the sketch is approved, no refunds will be issued.4. Usage Rights- I retain the rights to the artwork and may display it in my portfolio, on social media, or as examples for future commissions unless otherwise agreed.
- You may not modify, resell, or claim the artwork as your own.
- If commercial rights are purchased, terms for reproduction and use will be discussed and documented separately.5. Prohibited Content- I will not create artwork containing hateful, discriminatory, or illegal themes.
- Content guidelines (e.g., NSFW, specific themes) will be discussed before accepting the commission.6. Communication- Communication will primarily take place through the agreed-upon platform (e.g., email, Discord).
- Clients must respond to updates or approval requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.Failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation of your commission without refund, depending on the situation.
